"Trainer was very abrupt and kept picking on individuals"

Went on 1st aid requalification course at stafford and the trainer we had for the second day was very abrupt not helping people out and he was also picking on individuals instead of trying to help them.i have been on lots of training courses with st johns and they have all been excellent but not this 1..
