"Food cold when delivered 40 mins late"

Obviously hadn't got a clue about deliveries we had several texts telling us times for delivery eventually they got it right said it two mins away but it must have been a ride around Stafford as it arrived 40 mins late and of course it was cold.

Nothing worse that cold chips..
